Express shipping is not currently offered.

When the goods are dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email to the email address you provided. In Germany, you will usually receive your order within 3 - 5 working days. If you order from outside of Europe, delivery will take between 3 - 9 working days.

We ship to both a packing station and a post office. Please note, however, that depending on the delivery address you choose, certain shipping service providers may need to be commissioned and this may result in additional shipping costs.

Yes, we are happy to deliver your order to an address other than the billing address, for example directly to your workplace. To do this, simply fill in the separate "Delivery address" field during the ordering process and enter the desired delivery address there.

If you would like to return your order, please complete the cancellation receipt enclosed with the order. However, this is not a mandatory requirement for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation. You can return the goods at any post office. You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last goods.

Once the return has been received and checked, the invoice amount will be credited. This usually takes 5-7 working days. The credit will be made to the payment method selected when ordering.

If you exercise your legal right of cancellation, you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods. We recommend sending the goods back via Deutsche Post letter and consignment, starting at just 1.60 euros.

If an item we deliver is damaged or not OK in any way, our customer service will be happy to help you. A short description or a picture of the damage is very helpful for our quality control.

To do this, simply use the corresponding selection buttons. By clicking on the shopping cart, you will receive an overview of which items have been selected. There you also have the option of making changes to the desired quantity. It is also possible to empty the shopping cart or remove individual items from it. To place an order, the next step is to go to the checkout by selecting this selection button. Now simply follow the buttons through the secure and convenient ordering process. Enter your email address, the desired payment method and add the required data such as name and address. Agree to the general terms and conditions and the cancellation policy and please enter your billing address, delivery address and desired payment method in the relevant steps. After placing your order, you have the option of creating a personal user account. If you already have a customer account with gatta.fashion, you can easily continue your order in your account after entering your email address and password. To complete your order, check your order details and click on the "Buy now" button at the end of the ordering process. This means you are making a binding purchase declaration. PayPal is an online payment service with over 230 million customers worldwide. With PayPal you can pay for your order easily, securely and quickly within a few seconds. If you would like to pay for your order via PayPal, you will be redirected directly to PayPal at the end of the order process. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and complete the payment process. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you have the option of opening a PayPal account during the order process and then confirming the payment. After completing the payment process or the order, you will automatically be redirected back to the gatta.fashion online shop. With SOFORT Überweisung you can pay for your order directly and easily. SOFORT Überweisung is an easy-to-use direct transfer process. If you would like to pay for your order using SOFORT Überweisung, select the appropriate payment method and you will be redirected directly at the end of the ordering process. You only need the login details for your online account (access data and PIN) and a TAN to authorize the payment.

With giropay you can pay for your order at gatta.fashion easily, safely and quickly. giropay is an online payment method for internet transfers developed by the German banking industry (including Postbank, Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe and the Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken). With giropay you can also pay using TAN for amounts up to 30 euros. The payment process using giropay takes place in just 3 steps - first select the main bank with which you are registered for online banking. Then log in as usual with your online banking access data (e.g. account number and PIN). Authorize the payment with a TAN. Deutsche Bank, Commerzbank, ING Diba and Hypo Vereinsbank are not currently participating in giropay. As a customer of one of these credit institutions you can alternatively use the SOFORT Überweisung payment method.

If you pay in advance, your order will be processed as soon as we receive your payment. When making the transfer, please make sure to include your order number(s) in the purpose of payment.

Depending on your credit institution, it may take between two and three working days for your payment to be credited to our account. The goods you ordered will remain reserved for you until we receive your payment (maximum fourteen days).

SEPA is the abbreviation for Single Euro Payments Area and is the European standard for transfers in the EU and almost all of Europe. Whether you are making a transfer from Frankfurt to Munich or from Reykjavik to Rome, you always need a corresponding IBAN and BIC to be able to transfer money successfully.

The IBAN (International Bank Account Number) is an international, standardized system for payments within Germany and in the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA). The IBAN in Germany consists of 22 digits. It begins with the country code, followed by a two-digit check digit. The check digit is followed by the bank code and account number.

Finally, the BIC (Bank Identifier Code) allows every credit institution within the European payment area to be clearly identified.

Electronic or online transfers via SEPA usually reach the relevant payment recipient within 1-2 working days.

The voucher code can be entered directly in the order process, during the payment process, in the "Redeem voucher code" field. The invoice amount of the order will then immediately be reduced in the browser window by the value of your voucher.

Unfortunately, vouchers cannot be redeemed retroactively. If you forget to redeem a voucher, you can simply use it on your next order at gatta.fashion.

If the voucher code does not work when redeeming, this may have the following causes:

The voucher was only valid for one order and has already been redeemed. The voucher code has therefore been used up.

The voucher was created individually for a specific customer (account).

The voucher is tied to a minimum and/or maximum order value.

The Gatta Cote 6den is currently the finest tights available from Gatta with a material thickness of just 6den. To ensure that you can enjoy these really great tights for longer than just a moment, there are a few special features to keep in mind.

When you unpack the Gatta Cote 6den, it initially looks like tights that are much too small. There is no need to be in doubt about the size, as this is normal.

Before you put on the Gatta Cote 6den, carefully stretch the tights several times. This will stretch the material and the tights will stretch. Then just follow our "little" guide.

The basic rule for all tights is that they should always be pulled on or rolled gently!

1. The first leg of the tights should first be rolled up to the foot part and then carefully pulled over the foot without touching the toes too much or getting them caught. Then the other leg follows. If your tights have a pattern, such as a seam, make sure that the pattern "fits" correctly.

2. In the next step, the tights should be rolled out alternately on both legs and pulled evenly over the knees.

3. Then roll out the tights down to your hips in the same way or pull them gently and check for the optimal fit.

4. Then the panty part of the tights should be gently pulled up to the waist without pulling or tearing too hard.

You should either turn the socks inside out before washing them or place them in a laundry net in the washing machine to protect them. This way you can reduce the well-known peeling on the "chocolate side" - the visually unattractive formation of lumps on the socks.

In addition, the socks should be washed at a maximum of 40 degrees and only spun at a low speed. The socks can only be tumble dried at a low temperature - ideally on the iron-damp setting or a comparable setting.

However, never iron, bleach or dry clean the socks - unfortunately they don't like this at all!
