DELIVERY

With which shipping company is the goods shipped?

We ship our parcels and packages with Deutsche Post AG, Charles-de-Gaulle-Straße 20, 53113 Bonn, its subsidiary DHL Paket GmbH, Sträßchensweg 10, 53113 Bonn, as well as third-party providers.

To which countries does Gatta Fashion deliver?

Everyone should enjoy our beautiful tights, leggings, shirts, and underwear, which is why we deliver worldwide.

What are the shipping costs?

Is there express shipping?

Express shipping is currently not offered.

How long does it take to receive my order?

With the shipment of the goods, you will receive a corresponding shipping confirmation by email to the email address you provided. In Germany, you will usually receive your order within 3 - 5 working days. If you order from another European country, delivery takes between 3 - 9 working days.

Can I have my order sent to a DHL Packstation or post office?

We ship to both a Packstation and a post office. However, please note that depending on the choice of delivery address, certain shipping service providers must be commissioned, which may result in additional shipping costs.

Can the delivery address differ from my billing address?

Yes, we are happy to deliver your order to an address different from the billing address, for example directly to your workplace. Simply fill in the separate field "Delivery Address" during the ordering process and enter the desired delivery address there.



RETURN

How do I return my order?

If you want to return your order, please include the withdrawal form enclosed with the order. However, this is not a mandatory requirement for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal. You can drop off the return at any post office. Locations can be found at http://standorte.deutschepost.de.

How long are returns possible?

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

How long does it take for my return to be credited?

After receipt and inspection of the return, the invoice amount will be credited. This usually takes 5-7 working days. The credit will be made via the payment method chosen at the time of order.

What does the return cost?

If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you bear the corresponding costs of the return shipment. We recommend returning by Deutsche Post letter and merchandise shipment starting at 1.60 euros.

What can I do if an item is damaged?

If an item delivered by us is damaged or in any way not in order, our customer service will be happy to assist you. For our quality control, a brief description or a picture of the damage is very helpful.



REGISTRATION & ORDER

Can I only place an order at gatta.fashion with an online registration?

At gatta.fashion, you will find our entire range and can get detailed information about the various items. You have the option to place an order either as a guest or to register as a customer. After successful registration, you have access to your customer account at any time. All personal data is stored there so that you do not have to enter it again in the future. Your personal account provides a comprehensive overview of your profile, completed orders, orders not yet delivered, as well as shipping and payment details. We take great care to comply with all legal requirements (e.g., the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) or the Telemedia Act (TMG)) when collecting, processing, and using your data. How can I order online?

To place an order at gatta.fashion, you must first select the desired item in size and color and add it to your personal shopping cart. Simply use the corresponding selection buttons for this. By clicking on the shopping cart, you will get an overview of which items have been selected. There you also have the option to make changes to the desired quantity. It is also possible to empty the shopping cart or remove individual items from it. To place an order, proceed to checkout in the next step by selecting the corresponding button. Simply follow the buttons through the secure and convenient ordering process. Enter your email address, the desired payment method, and provide the required data such as name and address. Agree to the General Terms and Conditions and the cancellation policy, and please enter your billing address, delivery address, and desired payment method at the relevant steps. After placing your order, you have the option to create a personal user account. If you already have a customer account at gatta.fashion, you can conveniently continue the order in your account after entering your email address and password. To complete your order, review your order details and please click the "Buy Now" button at the end of the ordering process. By doing so, you make a binding purchase declaration. You will then receive a notification from us about the receipt of your order at the email address you provided.

Do I incur any costs when I register at Gatta Fashion?

Neither registration nor use of the user account, newsletter, or membership involves any costs - of course, this is free.

Are my data sold to third parties?

No! Both your privacy and your personal data are very important to us and are treated with strict confidentiality. The data is not passed on to third parties.

How can I change my password?

Click on »LOGIN« at the top right of the homepage and then on »Forgot password?« Then please enter the email address registered in your user account. We will send you an email immediately through which you can choose a new password.

Can I edit my data independently?

Yes, you can edit your data independently in your user account and, for example, enter a new address there.



PAYMENT & INVOICE

What payment options do I have when ordering online at gatta.fashion?

We offer you the best payment methods so that you can complete your order easily, conveniently, and securely.

At gatta.fashion, you can pay by instant transfer, by credit cards like Visa & MasterCard, by giropay, or classically by prepayment. Additionally, you have the option of Paypal to use for the payment of your order.

Please understand that gatta.fashion reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods.

PayPal - pay simply, securely, and quickly

Paypal is an online payment service with over 230 million customers worldwide. With PayPal, you can pay for your order simply, securely, and quickly within seconds. If you want to pay for your order via PayPal, you will be redirected directly to PayPal at the end of the ordering process. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and complete the payment process. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you have the option to open a PayPal account during the ordering process and then confirm the payment. After completing the payment process or the order, you will be automatically redirected back to the gatta.fashion online shop. Afterwards, you will receive a confirmation email that we have received your order.

Secure ordering & payment by credit card VISA Card or Mastercard

At gatta.fashion, you have the option to pay for your order by credit card. We accept credit cards from VISA, Master Card, and Maestro. When you pay for your order by credit card, your data is protected and immediately processed at the end of the payment process using the secure SSL encryption method. To make your credit card payment even more secure, gatta.fashion uses the internationally recognized security standard 3D Secure (Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode).

SOFORT Überweisung – simple and direct payment

With SOFORT Überweisung, you can pay for your order directly and easily. SOFORT Überweisung is a simple direct transfer method. If you want to pay your order via SOFORT Überweisung, select the corresponding payment method and you will be redirected at the end of the ordering process. You only need your online account login data (credentials and PIN) and a TAN to authorize the payment.

giropay - securely transfer online

With giropay, you can pay for your order easily, securely, and quickly at gatta.fashion. giropay is an online payment method developed by the German banking industry (including Postbank, Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe, and Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken) for transfers on the internet. giropay also allows payment with TAN for amounts up to 30 euros. The payment process via giropay takes only 3 steps – first select your bank where you are registered for online banking. Then log in as usual with your online banking credentials (e.g., account number and PIN). Authorize the payment with a TAN. Currently, Deutsche Bank, Commerzbank, ING Diba, and Hypo Vereinsbank do not yet participate in giropay. As a customer of one of these banks, you can alternatively use the SOFORT Überweisung payment method.

Advance payment - classic prepayment

If you pay in advance, your order will be processed as soon as your payment has been received. Please make sure to include your order number(s) in the payment reference when making the transfer.

Depending on the bank, it can take between two to three business days for your payment to be credited to our account. The goods you ordered will be reserved for you until your payment is received (maximum fourteen days).

When and how do I receive an invoice?

We will gladly send the invoice for your purchase to you by email. In addition, it will be stored in your user account.

Can an invoice be issued in the name of a company / business?

Yes, of course.

How is the VAT shown?

Of course, the value-added tax (VAT) is shown on every invoice in accordance with legal requirements.

Is it possible to place a tax-free order (tax-free)?

No, a tax-exempt order (without VAT) is unfortunately not possible.

Does gatta.fashion also offer installment payments?

At the moment, we unfortunately do not offer the payment method - installment payment.

To which account do I transfer the purchase price when using the prepayment method?

You can find our bank details in the order confirmation sent by email. To ensure the payment can be allocated, please include the order number and/or customer number with the transfer.

Do I receive a confirmation of payment receipt?

Yes, both when paying by credit card, as well as by SOFORT transfer and Paypal you will receive a corresponding payment confirmation directly in the browser window. The order is only completed by a successful payment process.

Why was the payment by credit card, Paypal, or SOFORT transfer rejected?

There can be many reasons why a payment is not possible. Besides general technical problems, these can also be input errors (e.g., Caps Lock pressed), expired credit card validity, or missing verification. For this reason, we offer you a wide range of convenient payment options so that you always have an alternative.

Where can I find the security code (CVV) on the credit card?

You can find the three-digit security code (CVV) on the back of your Visa or Mastercard credit card.

What do SEPA, IBAN, and BIC mean?

SEPA stands for Single Euro Payments Area and is the European standard for transfers within the EU and almost all of Europe. Whether you make a transfer from Frankfurt to Munich or from Reykjavik to Rome, you always need a corresponding IBAN and BIC to successfully transfer money.

The IBAN (International Bank Account Number) is an international, standardized system for payments within Germany as well as in the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA). In Germany, the IBAN consists of 22 characters. It starts with the country code, followed by a two-digit check number. After the check number come the bank code and account number.

The BIC (Bank Identifier Code) finally allows any credit institution to be clearly identified within the European payment area.

For electronic or online transfers via SEPA, these are usually with the respective payee within 1-2 business days.



VOUCHER

How do I redeem a voucher?

The voucher code can be entered directly during the ordering process, at the payment step, in the field “Redeem voucher code.” The invoice amount of the order will then be immediately reduced by the value of your voucher in the browser window.

Can I have a voucher applied retroactively to an existing order?

Basically, vouchers cannot be applied retroactively. If you forget to redeem a voucher once, it can simply be used with the next order at gatta.fashion.

My voucher code does not work?

If the voucher code does not work when redeeming, the following reasons may apply:

  • The voucher was only valid for one order and has already been redeemed. The voucher code is therefore used up.
  • The voucher was created individually for a specific customer (account).
  • The voucher is tied to a minimum and/or maximum order value.
  • The voucher is not applicable to all products and/or categories.
  • If your voucher code does not work for any other reason, our customer service (service@gatta.fashion) will be happy to assist you.
  • Can a voucher also be paid out in cash?

    Vouchers generally cannot be paid out in cash.

    HELP, TIPS & TRICKS ABOUT CLEANING AND CARING FOR TIGHTS

    How do I put on tights correctly?

    At gatta.fashion you will find beautiful tights with a thickness from 6den to 600den. Basically, for all tights, treat them with special care - both the finest tights and the "stronger" ones. Because the material or yarn of all tights is a "whisper of nothing" when you take a closer look at a pair of tights.

    A real insider tip: The real tights pros have special fabric gloves that make putting on tights easier and at the same time significantly extend the life of the tights.

    Special feature: Gatta Cote 6den fine tights

    The Gatta Cote 6den is currently the finest available tights from Gatta with a material thickness of only 6den. To enjoy this really great fine tights longer than just a moment, some special features must be observed.

    When you unpack the Gatta Cote 6den, it initially looks like a much too small pair of tights. There is no need to doubt the size, because this is normal.

    Before you want to put on the Gatta Cote 6den, stretch the tights carefully several times. This stretches the material and the tights expand. Then it is best to simply follow our "little" guide.

    Basically, for all tights, they should always be put on or rolled on gently!

    1. The first leg of the tights should first be rolled up to the foot part and then carefully pulled over the foot without touching or catching the toes too much. Then follow with the other leg. If your tights have a pattern such as a seam, make sure the pattern "sits" correctly already here.

    2. In the next step, the tights should be alternately rolled out on both legs and evenly pulled over the knees.

    3. Then, in the same way, roll out the tights up to the hips or gently pull and check the optimal fit.

    4. Afterwards, the panty part of the tights should be gently pulled up to the waist without pulling or tearing too hard.

    5. Caution is also required after putting them on, because throughout the day there are some hazards for the tights here and there. Irregularities inside the shoe, zippers, nails, rough skin, hooks & eyes, table edges... all threaten the "life of stockings & tights", so it is always important to keep a watchful eye. In return, the tights offer a very special appearance and are really affordable to purchase.

    The above panties are soft, comfortable, have a high wearing comfort, and are pleasantly light in material. The models are made of synthetic material and have an antibacterial gusset.

    To ensure long-lasting enjoyment of the panties, one or two things should be considered when caring for the products.

    The material of the panties consists of synthetic fibers in the form of polyamide & elastane as well as an antibacterial gusset. Ideally, they should be hand washed, as indicated on the packaging. If you put the panties in a laundry net and choose a gentle program, nothing will happen in the washing machine - even at 40 degrees. However, never wash the panties "unsecured" in the washing machine - the panties really don't like that.

    Additionally, the panties are not suitable for tumble drying and should neither be ironed nor bleached.

    TIPS & TRICKS FOR SOCK CARE

    Care instructions for socks made of cotton, wool & bamboo fiber

    To ensure that the joy of the beautiful socks lasts as long as possible and that colors, patterns, and yarn maintain their nice appearance, they should be washed as gently as possible.

    On the one hand, you should turn the socks inside out before washing or place them protected in a laundry net in the washing machine. This way, you reduce the well-known pilling on the "chocolate side" - the visually less attractive knotting on the socks.

    Additionally, the socks should be washed at a maximum of 40 degrees and only spun at a low speed. The socks are only suitable for tumble drying at low thermal stress - ideally at the iron damp setting or a comparable level.

    However, never iron, bleach, or dry clean the socks - they really don't like that!
